One man pointed his gun toward the four employees and customers, telling them to stay still while the second man jumped over the counter and took cash from a vault, Wieners said. Police would not say how much money the men stole.

One suspect was described as a white man about 5-feet, 6-inches tall and of medium build wearing a long-sleeved white T-shirt. The other was a black man 5-feet, 9-inches tall wearing a black and grey windbreaker and jeans, Wieners said.

The weapons were described as a black semi-automatic pistol and a silver revolver. Neither man fired his weapon during the robbery, Wieners said.

Police spokeswoman Lisa Price said this was the third time since 2000 the bank has been robbed. The most recent robbery before Wednesday was in March 2002.
